Shopping Spree: Singapore

Hello, readers!

I’m back (FINALLY!) with a new Shopping Spree location! This time I went to Singapore!!! Yes, awesome, I know 😉. I was in Singapore for about 7 days and 4 of those days were, of course, shopping days.

I went to various shops on Orchard Road (Forever 21, Zara, H&M), and a few malls (313 Somerset, Ngee Ann City, ION City, Lucky Plaza, Far East Plaza, and many more). This was on ‘shopping day 1 and 4’. On shopping day 2 I went to ‘the shoppes in Marina Bay Sands’. And on the third shopping day I went to ‘One Raffles Place’. I’m giving you all this info because you might be a fashion addict travelling to Singapore soon 😉.

And sadly, in the end I found more cool shops, but I didn’t have any time left. Guess that’s a good reason to fly back to Singapore, right? 😉

Before I start I want to say that the pictures are taken with my phone, so they arent the best quality. Also, sometimes the lighting sucks, just dont expect pretty photos.

313@Somerset: Love, Bonito

I’d like to tell you a little bit more about this shop, because you all probably already know what H&M, Zara, Mango… is. But this beautiful shop is headquartered in Singapore. This shop is probably known in Asia but there are no shops in America, Africa, Europe, Australia. So, I’m glad I found this shop, because they have lovely clothes you can’t find where I live. I recommend checking out their site because they do deliver to 12 different countries (check out the picture beneath the text, to see if your country is among the 12 lucky countries with free shipping)! They also deliver worldwide but others don’t get free shipping…

I’ve never seen such a beautiful casual-chique shop. And a lot of the things I loved they didn’t have in my size anymore, but I did find this beautiful, well-fitted, jumpsuit…

313@Somerset: Twee

At first, I was like, oh hey, maybe this is a Dutch shop (‘twee means two) and I got all hyped up. Because I never heard of it before. But when I checked the price tag I didn’t understand anything (at first), and then I saw the word: Korean. Sadly, not a Dutch shop based in Asia. But I’ve never seen a Korean Shop before, I thought that was really cool, though, as well.

Sadly, I couldn’t find any information about this shop on the Internet. Which (I think) means this is definitely a shop not a lot of people know about. I did find them on Facebook and found a link to a website, but I couldn’t get on the site.

But besides that, I think this shop is awesome. I haven’t seen a lot of the items I found there in shops that I know in Belgium (I’m sorry I picked out things you find everywhere, but I didn’t find something else that really fitted me). So, if somebody from Twee might read this: come to Belgium!!!

313@Somerset: The Editor’s Market

If their site is correct, they only have physical shops in Singapore, but they do deliver to all countries, online. It’s a marketplace for unique and up-to-the minute fashion (yeah, they’re absolutely right, I tell ya).

I’m going to be honest, when I walked in this store, I thought I was in heaven. I have never ever walked into a store with my mouth open and feeling all excited.

If you know me, you know I absolutely love jumpsuits. And in the Editor’s Market I found like a thousand in a small space, haha. When I saw all the jumpsuits I kind of started running around because I wanted to see them all, and there were a lot.

To the Editors Market, please come to Belgium!!! Lots of love x
